We strive for top-tier service, even in the unlikely event that you want to return a product or you receive the incorrect product. We ask that you contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a refund, exchange, or credit. Refunds, exchanges, and credits will be provided products that are sealed, unopened, unused, and otherwise in the same condition as when they were originally packaged. Conditions apply:

3. Error By Third Party Shipper (USPS Or FEDEX): We cannot assume responsibility for products that are damaged in transit or delayed by the shipping carrier, despite our best efforts to get products to you quickly and packaging them to withstand the rigors of long-distance shipping. In spite of this, we want to do everything in our power to make sure packages arrive successfully. If a tracked package is not delivered will assist however we can in locating your misplaced items or sending a replacement for your order.
