As a part of our customer service philosophy, we want to ensure that orders, shipping, and returns are handled with the utmost professionalism. When you order any products from our store, your order will follow our standard shipping policy—finely-tuned for complete customer satisfaction.
It starts with your order confirmation and receipt. You’ll be provided with a detailed listing of what you purchased and what you’ve paid, and once your order is picked, packed and shipped, a tracking number is sent to your email. This tracking number will allow you to confirm when your order has been shipped and track the delivery status of your package.
Orders placed on normal business days (Mon – Fri) before 3:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped out the same day, otherwise they will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship out the next upcoming business day.
We will send any orders eligible for free shipping via USPS Priority Mail, unless a customer has elected to pay for a more expedited shipping option. Under normal circumstances, you should receive your order within 2-5 days of placing it online. If there is a delay on our end that will disrupt standard shipping time, we will contact you and inform you of the updated delivery time. We are happy to reship packages that have been insured but did not reach their intended destination.
